man, am i beat. i knew retail was hard, i remember how physical it was, but there is nothing you can do to prepare your body for it. it's 8.45 and i am going to have to crash soon.

To hell with the recap you just take care.
Never really had to do retail but all through high school and university and beyond I worked as a lifeguard. My god lifeguarding is boring! Boring and disgusting at times. I would have to clean the bathrooms. Bluck! They never told me about cleaning poop off the walls in lifeguarding school, that's for darn sure!

I've never worked retail either, but I often thought if I had to work at a store where they play horrid insipid music (like my Safeway), I would hang myself.

haha.. i'm writing a post now that touches on what you have mentioned barbara and also the mercer report.
i sing and dance in my safeway. but only when i am with my one friend. because it cracks her up.
